I can totally relate to mental barriers feeling like they are a physical impasse.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Keeping the mind clear and upbeat is very important overall, but having support from those around you is also critical. I find that when I am at my most frustrated that talking to others for support, and actually ACCEPTING their support, can really do wonders for my attitude and perspective.</description>
